Ms. Hall focuses her practice on commercial general liability and commercial litigation, with a primary emphasis on premise liability, construction defect, and products liability. Ms. Hall’s general liability practice consists of defending businesses, construction firms, insurance companies, and individuals in all aspects of general tort liability. In construction matters, Ms. Hall represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers for construction defects claims, construction contract disputes and lien rights in arbitrations and state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Hudson Lambert Parrott, Ms. Hall defended individuals and businesses in high-risk litigation, involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death arising from transportation, premises, and product liability. She represented numerous clients ranging from local retailers and employers in Georgia to international retailers, trucking companies, and manufacturers and distributers of various products. Ms. Hall also represented retailers and landowners in a variety of premises liability matters, including slip and fall cases, negligent security cases, and assault cases. Ms. Hall also completed a clerkship with the Northeastern Judicial Circuit in Hall and Dawson County.
