Mr. Hall represents clients in state and federal courts and arbitration panels throughout the United States, with a particular focus on Georgia and the Southeast. His litigation experience includes representing owners, general contractors and sub-contractors on both private and government projects in connection with breach of contract claims, claims for fraud and negligence, delay claims, acceleration claims, defective design and defective materials claims, lien claims, and fraudulent transfer actions. Mr. Hall also frequently represents corporate officers and directors facing a wide variety of business tort claims, including claims for breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, and theft of trade secrets.
Prior to joining Hudson Parrott Walker, Mr. Hall was a litigation associate in the New York office of a multi-national law firm.

Represented a general contractor in a decade-longfraudulent conveyance action, resulting in a seven-figure trial victory (and anappellate decision upholding the damages award).
Represented a subcontractor in a multi-million dollar construction defect case, resulting in a dismissal of the claims against theclient on the eve of trial.
Represented a general contractor on a federal infrastructure project facing multi-million dollar non-payment claim, resultingin the exclusion of the plaintiff’s damages expert and the ultimate dismissalof all claims against the client.
